This painting was the most fun I've ever had with a commission. It is a "portrait" of my client's boyfriend, without his physicality appearing in the work obviously. More a portrait of his essence and what makes him tick. The Arabic lettering on the right is in 24 karat gold leaf and says Born to be King.

This is the famous fountain in Forsyth Park in Savannah. I had intended to paint this on location and managed it for one day, but between getting scorched from the sun and the wind occasionally wanting to take the canvas away, I finished it in the comfort of my apartment!

This is the first portrait I've done since being back in the States. I posed Robin Robinson Greco of Savannah in her living room, after learning what she liked and after going through her closet to get the feel of what I thought would best reflect her for this piece.

Three spirals, no waiting. This is one painting, giving an above and below feeling. A triangle will always let you know where you are, in case you need to know.
Spiral Triangulation 18 x 30 inches, oil on canvas.
This painting is my first "iON" inspired creation. The illusion may be the galaxy living under the wave, but who's to say what is above or below?

Funny how I've lived in the most visited city in the world for four years and never post photos of what has been my home!So here I am with my friend Carol doing what is one of my favorite things to do anywhere, but especially in Paris...that would be eating. Fabulous Grand Marnier souffles at Bistro Chez Margot, 25 Boulevard Henri IV75004.
