Six degrees of separation.
The Four Beasts that are spoken of in the Book of Revelations (4:6-8) symbolize all that we don't allow in our lives through our perception. The six wings represent six degrees of separation which are the questions that separate us from what we allow: who, what, why, where, when, and how. The beasts are either looking forward (future) or behind (past) so they are not in the Now.
